The name Jonacek combines our family names—Jones and Janacek. It reflects that this business is built on family, integrity, and long-term relationships rather than simply providing accounting services.

Our backgrounds are rooted in high-level athletics and leadership. Nick competed professionally in hockey before building a career in accounting and construction finance. Leslie competed professionally in soccer and now serves as Executive Director of Naperville Soccer Academy, leading one of the area's premier youth soccer organizations.

Those experiences shaped how we approach business today. Preparation, discipline, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are principles that guide every client relationship.
